Why and when did you setup your business? How long are you in the industry?
Roisin started her business on 31st of May 2002, she did so because she had a passion for hairdressing and running her own salon, also there was a great opening in Athlone’s church street at the time for a new hairdressers.
What Service can you supply?
We provide all hair dressing services for your wedding day including Free consultation, treatment needed for the hair in preparation for wedding, correction of colour if needed, trial itself (hour long), service on the actual day etc. We work a time frame for your wedding party. We can work in or out of salon.
What advice would you have for a bride regarding their hair?
I would suggest that you have your dress and wedding day style decided before visiting the hairdresser. Decide if you wish to wear a veil or not in advance. If you have images from wedding magazines picked out on types of bridal hairstyles they would like it is a big help. We can help you decide what suits you.
How can you help the couple prepare for their big day? What type things do you suggest?
Get Bride-treatments for your hair so that your hair is in the best possible condition.
Leave buying a head piece until after trial as its easier to get a piece to match the hair than it is to get the hair to match the piece. Bernice Rafferty works closely with us and our brides.
Do you have any special offers on at the moment?
Come in and Chat to us in the salon for our current offers, but brides receive our special offers on colours and hi-lites any day of the week in the run up to the wedding. The offers at the moment are colours and cuts for €50, full head of hi-lites and cut €80, half head- tbar of hi-lites and cut €60.
