Last Saturday, I covered the wedding of Collete McEnroe and Lee Kearney in Coosan Church, Athlone Co. Westmeath.  Lee, got ready in his home house in Monksland in Athlone.  there was great craic in the back garden with the lads.  Colette, got ready in Coosan and the buzz in the house was very exciting because everybody knew of the extra stop in the Credit Union on the way to the church.  Colette was in the running to win a car with the local Credit union and we stopped on the way to the church.  Unfortunately it wasn’t to be but it added great excitement to the day and she won a even bigger prize later on!!  Fr. Declan put the couple at ease in the church and it was a lovely ceremony.  We went to Castledaly Manor afterwards for some lovely wedding photos.  We even had time for  a few extra ones in the splendid Bridal Suite in the Sheraton Hotel where the reception was held. .  It was a great day that was  enjoyed by all as you can see in the photos.
