I recently covered the wedding of Sinead McKenna and Andrew O’Neill in St. Conleth’s Parish church, and the Keadeen Hotel in Newbridge, Co. Kildare. It was a bright December day and there was a lovely Christmas feeling around. The groom got ready at home and there was some amazing low angle winter sun that morning with which we took advantage of and got some great long shadow pictures with the groom and grooms men. I then went to the bride’s house where we got fantastic shots of the bride as she looked stunning and naturally beautiful. We then headed for the ceremony in St. Conleth’s Parish church Newbridge, the priest did a great job at putting the couple at ease and the ceremony went off without a hitch. We then went on to the Keadeen Hotel in Newbridge for the wedding reception and it was an amazing venue for the reception. We got some fantastic shots in the garden and out by the gazebo. We later got some wonderful night shots around the hotel grounds. When I was leaving late in the night the place was hopping and a fantastic night was enjoyed by all.
