I recently covered the wedding of Megan Rutter and Rob Olwill in the Unitarian Church St.Stephen’s Green and the Headfort Arms Hotel in Kells, Co. Meath. I started in the Bride’s House where the cat ran the show like the Queen of Sheba. Megan was very relaxed and I got some lovely pictures before the ceremony of her and her bridesmaids getting ready. The ceremony was a Unitarian service and it was very personalised and something different than the normal church service. We headed across the road to the wonderful St. Stephen’s Green where we got great photographs in the park which was in full bloom. I also got some lovely shots with the Luas when it was passing on the way back to wedding car. We headed to Kells to the Headfort Arms for the reception where the service was First Class. As it was an early start everybody was in great form and chilled out for the afternoon in the beautiful beer garden at the back of the hotel. The hotel meal and service was excellent and by the time I was leaving everyone was in brilliant form and having a fantastic day. One of the most relaxed weddings of the year!
