I am frequently asked by newly engaged couples how do I get my Bride and Groom to relax in wedding photos.  There are many different ways to help people to be relaxed in photos.

I always try and get to know the couple before a wedding.  I sometimes do an engagement shoot.  This helps the couple to be comfortable with the camera and it also builds up a trust between us. You can read more about them here.

I always meet the couple and run through the plan for the day with them.  I visit the locations and we work out a plan for the day together.  If we are all singing from the same hymn sheet the day runs very smoothly and we create beautiful images.
